FoCCAS, founded in 2009, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which provides volunteers and fund raising to supplement the Collecton County Animal Shelter. Donations are tax deductible. Proceeds and donations are used for what is needed for the homeless animals at the shelter (bedding, food, medical treatment, etc.).

Colleton County Animal Shelter has many cats and dogs waiting for someone to take them home. Please share this site with your friends to help them get some "face time" and increase their chances of finding a forever home. Thanks!
